Well been a long time. Back in April of 2008 I had to take a break due to breaking my arm. Well this April I had another accident. This time it took a little longer to recover. Same arm, more problems. Now while recovery has taken a bit longer than last year I’m now back to a point that I can type.

Help Needed with Twitter – I’ve Lost my Followers

Logging on to Twitter about a week ago I had the note that my email address was wrong. When I tried to fixed my account at tgrego has been locked out. I have tried to contact Twitter several times with no response, Searching Google, Leo Laporte, Chris Pirillo was no help so I established a new account at tonygrego.

Please help me built back all those folks that UI have lost and please follow me at tonygrego.

Well it is back for the eight season. The highest rated television show of all time. Three now four relative unknown celebrities (until the show) go around America looking for the next best thing.

Normally it would cost talent scouts thousands of dollars to do this but only in America could someone figure a way to make money doing this.

Rate Watch of Monday, January 12, 2009

Hey Folks!

Looks like a pretty typical Monday. No major news for any significant changes. If to guess I would say rates would get a little worse just to recover later this week. The one thing the markets don’t show is the price hits that Fannie is putting into effect on April 1st. Most investors price for a 30-day gap from close to sold so we really have to the end of March to save you the most. Now while most purchases will not be effected (except if your buying a condo) we will see major rate hits for refi’s
